Lefatshe may be rustling up the industry, but its CEO, Noedine Isaacs-Mpulo, would rather over-deliver quietly than shout its successes from the rooftops.

Noedine Isaacs-Mpulo, CEO of Lefatshe Technologies, speaks with great enthusiasm about her new strategy and vision for the company. The former COO of Sita and a well-known figure in the South African IT industry, she has been widely acknowledged for her business ethos, level-headedness and hands-on leadership, even when Sita's executives were jumping ship at an alarming rate in leaner times.

Her resignation last year and subsequent move to Lefatshe took many in the industry by surprise. Lefatshe Technologies, a black-owned South African ICT and security solutions provider, was until then considered a small player in the market, focusing primarily on the public sector.
