Technology makes a difference in delivering services as highlighted at the second Public Sector ICT Forum, with its theme 'driving collaboration in service delivery'.

Forum chairperson Mandla Mkhwanazi says as the fourth industrial revolution evolves the public sector does not intend being left behind. “I am confident we can deliver better services irrespective if it is in Sandton or rural regions. Key to this is collaborating with the private sector.”
