Business Connexion shareholders voted to take Telkom`s R9 a share offer, just as the IT services group ends six years of restructuring and renaming.

Telkom is set to conclude its acquisition of Business Connexion for about R2.4 billion by the end of the year, following the withdrawal of a second mystery bidder from the race to buy the IT services and outsourcing giant.
This comes just as Business Connexion emerges from a protracted market slump looking its healthiest in nearly ten years.
