Victoria Lynch

Victoria Lynch considers herself fortunate to have found her perfect people-centric career so soon after leaving university. She grew up in Gqeberha and never planned to move away from the sea, and “certainly never wanted to move to Joburg”.

But after completing her B.Com in Information Systems and Logistics at Stellenbosch University, she was selected for the Investec Graduate Programme, and had to move to Johannesburg. “It’s a great city filled with people who work hard to better themselves,” she says. It also has the best weather, she adds, something she really appreciates as a marathon runner.
