I had the unique opportunity at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to control a car with my eyes, using Honor’s AI eye-tracking software built into its new Magic6 Pro smartphone.

After calibrating my eyes with the device, which took about 15 seconds, I was ready to “drive” an unmarked car at a warehouse in Barcelona. By drive, I mean standing next to the car, holding the phone in my hand, and commanding the vehicle with my gaze. Four basic commands were supported for this experimental feature: start, stop, forward and reverse.
