Google Workspace is the second most popular office productivity suite in the world, but does it really deliver what the CIO expects?

Google’s office suite, Workspace, is only a few inches behind Microsoft Office 365 when it comes to global office productivity software adoption: Statista has Microsoft at 48.08% and Google at 46.44%. For many, the move to Google Workspace is often fraught with grumpy users and limited initial adoption thanks to the high barrier to entry and the radical shift in operating capabilities. That said, with a user base that now exceeds three billion globally, the platform is a solid contender for the leadership role in enterprise productivity.
