One may not associate a stay at a hotel with cutting edge digital transformation, but as it turns out, there’s plenty going on behind the scenes at Sun International to improve their guests’ experiences.

It also seems to be following best-practice because its technology goals – one of which is increasing adoption of its mobile app – are shared among the CXOs. Pragasen Pather has been CIO of Sun International since May 2021. He also has a seat on the exco, and reports to the CEO.
