The world demographic shift and the pressure it will place on everyone was the focus of the company’s Networkers conference, held for the first time in the Middle East this year. Speaking at the International Circuit in Bahrain, executive VP of services and chief globalisation officer Wim Elfrink said that what’s going on in the world is the biggest demographic shift in history.
