The recently appointed MD of Virtual Cell Centre explains what it takes to make it big in one of the country`s fastest growing industries

He may not strike you as a particularly imposing figure, but Brandon Meszaros, the recently appointed MD of the Virtual Call Centre, shows maturity beyond his years. Wearing a pink lounge shirt, relaxed in his gaudy lime-green and blue office, it`s difficult to see how someone with such odd taste could have such acute technology and business sense.
His record, though, speaks for itself. At the age of 30, he was recently promoted to managing director of one of Digital Mall`s largest divisions, the 90-person-strong Virtual Call Centre. “I`d rather foster long-term relationships than take a cut-throat type of approach,” he says, explaining the importance of having a clear idea of where you want your career to go while always remaining friendly about it.
