I am a photographer who is passionate about documenting people, communities and the stories that connect them. Through documentary and editorial photography, I create visual narratives that celebrate identity and everyday life. Finding the colour in the stories I cover is at the heart of my work, whether I am photographing breaking news, community moments or long-term projects. As a multimedia journalist, I combine visual storytelling with strong journalistic principles to tell stories with authenticity. I hold an Honours degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand. In 2025, I was selected for the Market Photo Workshop and World Press Photo programme and am a participant in the 2026 National Legacy Project, a collaboration with France’s National School of Photography.
