Companies are finding it challenging to keep in touch with all their staff, particularly those on the frontline of the business. Communicating with staff at corporate head-offices is not without its challenges, but it’s much harder to reach workers on the factory floor. At the same time, companies of all sizes realise that a connected worker will be better equipped to succeed in an increasingly digitalised world.
