Competition is rife, with customers demanding low-touch digital financial services. “They aren’t going into branches and the easy customer experience has become extremely competitive because people will not tolerate difficult processes. They’d choose to move somewhere else if they’re not satisfied,” says Maeson Maherry, CEO of LAWtrust.

“Work from everywhere is another topic of discussion at the moment, which also factors in the customer experience. Employees now work from anywhere and they can’t be watched,” says Maherry. “This means financial services are now a bigger target than ever.”
