It was then taken over by Thibedi Mogoba, executive chairperson, and Thandisizwe Kopolo, MD, in 2019, and underwent something of a seismic shift in strategy, market and approach. Over just six years, the company has transformed into an advisory and technology company that services both the public and private sectors.
