It’s never been easier to get hold of someone. If they’re not answering email, you send a WhatsApp. If that doesn’t work, there’s Telegram, Teams or even Facebook Messenger. And on most of these platforms, you can see exactly when someone is online or if they’ve read your messages. Sometimes, it can feel like there is no way to escape the fact that we’re always online and contactable. It’s exhausting.
