NTT’s local boss Amantha Naidoo has been in the job for a year. What has she learned, and what does she see for the future?

Amantha Naidoo, NTT Data’s managing executive for South Africa, has been in the chair for just over a year. Along with helping the country’s enterprises modernise their technology, she joined as the company was itself going through a multiyear restructuring programme.
We meet at the company’s sprawling office park, The Campus in Bryanston, which has plush buildings named after famous sporting venues, like Lords, and Eden Gardens, ranged around a mini cricket oval. Naidoo works from the Le Mans building, and walks over for our meeting in Newlands.
