Feeling a bit overwhelmed by work? You aren’t alone. A recent survey of 1 000 people conducted by Anthrome Insight found that 76% of us feel swamped some or all of the time.

One possible explanation is that tools designed to make us more productive, such as automation and self-service replacing people-powered support functions, lead to us juggling too many tasks simultaneously.
