Claude has gained impressive momentum over the past year as Anthropic stands firm against the OpenAI behemoth.

Anthropic saw its business subscriptions jump 4.9% month-over-month in February, according to the US finance automation company Ramp, while OpenAI’s subscription share dropped 1.5%. OpenAI is still in the lead in the overall business subscription market, according to the fintech, at 34%, compared to 24.4%. It also says that first time business users are now choosing Anthropic 70% of the time. We ask Rob Gardner, head, JemX, and Daniel Hesp, co-founder, BluShift Consulting, how well Anthropic’s Claude has met their AI expectations.
