Go on, outsource it all
Any type of client-related work in the United States requires extensive travel.

Garin Toren knows all about it and believes that outsourcing his IT systems works best.
Most meetings in the United States occur telephonically and an entire day of conference calls is quite common. If you want to have an in-person meeting, it requires at least one flight and, in most cases, two or three meetings. Two full days of travel is completely normal for a 90-minute meeting. You can see why so much business is done over the phone. But there is no substitute for meeting your potential client or business partner face-to-face.
Last year, I made 16 trips within the United States and another 12 international flights. Yes, quite exhausting! It would also have been extremely unproductive if not for some amazing technology used in North America.
