Dr Samantha Adams on gamification as a tool to unlock motivation and engagement.
15 September 2020
How do you prepare university students for the world of work? Exploring topics like potential, motivation and engagement, Stellenbosch University’s Dr Samantha Adams came across gamification as a research trend that was emerging in the industrial and organisational psychology field.

She immediately saw a link between industrial psychology and gamification.
