Sponsored: BlueSky’s success is not in the technology, but in the minds and hearts of our people.

This women’s month, BlueSky salutes the many women who are part of our team, who give passionately of their talent, and without whom we could not enable our clients to deliver greater impact through technology.

“The tech industry is a fast-paced, male- dominated industry and needs people who are adaptable, analytical and fast thinkers. In my opinion, this industry should be more female-dominated because women are naturally analytical, adaptable and think on their feet, given the many roles they play both at home and in the workplace. So, for me, being a woman in tech is an opportunity to empower young and upcoming women to make their mark in this industry and dominate, not just work to earn a salary.”

“The people who most significantly influenced my career have been my family. I have a six-year-old boy who is constantly curious, asks a lot of questions and always challenges the status quo – I get to experience the world through his eyes and he has made me realise that life is not all about work. Taking the time out to enjoy simple things has helped me to look at things in a different light. I really do want the world to be a better place for him.”
