My name is Aliya Wepener, I’m a double major student at Open Window focusing on Photography and Communication Design. My interest and relevant expertise is geared towards all things product photography. Because I aim to curate myself into a successful and efficient multimedia designer, the fundamental branding aspect of product photography interests me greatly. I relish the challenge of showcasing a product or otherwise indistinguishable prospect of a brand or person in an innovative and creative way. I love doing still lives, and the way that the intricate technical practices of good, wholesome photogrpahy can be used for an inherently artistic outcome while still finding solace in the commercial life of the modern world.
